In some periods do not accept bookings of less than 7 days.

EXPENDITURE Packages The prices shown are including electricity, water, gas, air conditioning or heating.

The cleaning of the end of your stay are included only for bookings at least weekly .

If stays of less than a week be added, the total amount , additional 50 € for the costs of cleaning and linen change.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

To book log in booking form online select nights of interest and submit the form by following the directions on the screen.

Wait then our E- mail ( normally respond within the day ) with directions for payment of the deposit of at least 25% of the total amount of book that can be made with one of the following methods clear on payment

Note : the reservation will be confirmed by us via e- mail, only after receiving the bank transfer or, if using credit card after receiving the information sent automatically by the PayPal payment .

Important information

BEDDING :

The supply of bed linen and towels included in rental costs and a longer stay is planned weekly supply of new linen.

PAYMENT BALANCE ON ARRIVAL :

Payment of the remaining amount (balance) on arrival in cash only, ATM and credit cards are not accepted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :

€ 150.00 will be required to be surrendered on departure and checked the condition of the items rented.
You will be liable for damage to the apartment with furniture and equipment from any of the occupants unless it can be shown to be dependent on normal wear.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :

The trips depart 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
The time control of the apartment is from 08:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure.
Upon arrival each guest is asked to deliver a valid identity document, to complete the registration formalities.

TOBACCO SMOKING :

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. E 'possible on the terrace.

VOLUME OF TELEVISION :

Guests are kindly asked to keep the television and any music equipment at a volume that respects the peace and harmony with the neighborhood, especially during the hours of rest: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09 00.

RULES ON ACCESS OF FOREIGN :

At night is strictly prohibited the presence of strangers in every room of the apartment.

SAFETY :

We shall not be responsible for any personal items left unattended in the apartment.
It is the responsibility of the gentlemen guests keep personal items of value.

Parking is open and not secure.

PETS :

We do not accept the presence of pets inside the apartment.

CLASSIFICATION :

Furnished housing units to tourist use is not subject to classification and managed in a non-business (Law n.33 of Veneto Region 04/11/2002 - Article 25).
No representation is made breakfast and no provision of a hotel.

RESPONSIBILITY ' :

Our responsibility, in case of unexpected events that would render impossible the continuation of the lease (such as failure to important facilities) will be limited to a refund of any unused portion of lease that you can not claim more credit to us.
